Find Well Being, On Your Terms

Client-centered Pyschotherapy For Holisitic Wellness

Are you ready to find alignment and to connect with your true self?

Please check all of the questions where your answer is YES!

  • "I feel like a failure if everything I do isn’t picture perfect"
  • "I take care of other people’s wants and needs, neglecting my own in the process"
  • "I feel guilty if I'm not constantly being productive and achieving something"
  • "I perpetually feel out of alignment – drained and unhappy"

If you checked any of the boxes above, then I’m here to help. Let's start with some myths around "having it all"...

Time For Some Mythbusting...

For anyone out there who feels like they are failing at “having it all,” I’m here to break it to you...

...You haven’t failed.

Attaining perfection in our lives is a myth – and it’s one that’s holding so many of us back from the happiness we deserve.

Especially in this modern day and age, we are flooded with highlight reels of what our lives should be. While most of us would admit that no one’s life can be picture perfect 24/7, many of us are still stretching ourselves too thin to “do it all” to perfection.

I know this was my own story and I can completely relate if you:

  • Put your work first before caring for your own tired heart and mind?
  • Devote your time to caring for your loved ones, without time set aside for self care?
  • Burn yourself out while still feeling like you’re never quite doing enough?

I’m right there with you…

The truth is this... It's almost impossible to have a picture-perfect life!

But what I've learned is that we CAN create life that isn’t picture perfect but is filled with self-love and freer from the weight of inconsequential worry.

The truth is, even as a therapist, I found that it was difficult for me to keep an eye on my well being even though I was encouraging others to do so for themselves.

Externally, everything looked perfect, but on the inside, I was filled with conflict choosing between embracing my authentic self and fitting into the mainstream mold of success.

I was trying to find peace with my bicultural identity, build a family culture that felt right, and discover what career path was truly fulfilling for me.  Through big and small life transitions I began to integrate my professional knowledge with my intuition to create a beautiful, imperfect life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

My goal now is to use holistic, heart-centered psychotherapy to help people “have what they love and love what they have.” Because the truth is most often, beyond our visions of perfection, our messy lives are filled with opportunities for joy and peace. It is up to us to discover and cultivate those opportunities.

This is where I come in, to help women and couples like you support you in this journey of creating a life on YOUR terms.

Here are some of the ways that I work with women to help them design their best life.

Chart Your Path

If you are a younger woman I can work with you at the beginning of your vocational and personal path to uncover your genuine values, priorities, and desires.

My goal when working with you is to help you design your own personalized roadmap that will incorporate your career, relationship and cultural and lifestyle identity.

Recalibrate Your Path

I help women create and implement action-driven change in their lives. This is for you if you’ve already built a career/ relationship that “looks good” on the outside, but don’t feel aligned or fulfilled.

From career to relationship changes, we work together to help you create new roadmaps for your life that feel authentic and joyous.

I specialize in creating a safe space for people to cultivate their identities and reconstruct their relationships; on terms that cultivate mutual care, respect, and happiness for individuals and couples.

Bicultural Identity

Finding the balance in connecting with the different cultures you identify with can be distressing. It is common to feel inner conflict and fear of harming essential relationships in your life.

Together, we can help you accept and value each unique facet of your cultural identity and communicate your needs with loved ones to create a more peaceful, satisfying life.

Relationship Evolution

In mainstream society, the expectation is to be in a one size fits all relationship. However, one of the only things constant in our relationships is change, and one size won’t continue to fit all.

You may find more fulfillment in prosperous singlehood, healthy monogamous or non-monogamous relationships, peaceful, supportive separation and divorce, healthy co-parenting and/or co-living, and more.
